Today is the last day of the challenge, thank you to all who went down the green smoothie path with us! But don't leave us just yet, we have one more recipe for you and some incredible prizes coming up. Here we go!

Ingredients:

1 ¼ cup Coconut Water
1 cup Baby Spinach
½ cup frozen Diced Mango
1 large Frozen Banana
2 Golden Kiwi Fruit (substitute for Green Kiwi Fruit if unavailable)
1 Green Kiwi Fruit
1 teaspoon Chia Seeds
1 teaspoon Flax Seed Meal
Instructions:

Throw all the ingredients in a blender, and blend until smooth. Enjoy!

  • Challenge 9 - Green Giant Smoothie Recipe by @phoebelapine

Ready for another delicious green smoothie? You can also use frozen bananas, that will help keep the drink cold and give it that icy smoothie finish. If you like your smoothies sweet, you might want to add a tablespoon of maple syrup or honey.
Ingredients:
2 cups almond milk
1 large banana
1 ½ cups packed spinach leaves
½ cup almond butter
Instructions:
Combine all the ingredients in a blender. Puree until smooth, adding more almond milk as necessary. The consistency would be pretty thin. Serve in mason jars or glasses with a straw.
Notes
You can save a portion for the next day, or double the recipe to have some smoothie in the fridge for the week.

1C frozen mango chunks
2 diced Persian cucumbers
1 lime juices
Handful of chopped kale
½tsp lime zest (optional)
½cup water
1 inch slice of jalapeño (optional)
Pinch of sea salt
1-2T chopped cilantro
Fresh mango slices (to garnish)

Instructions:
Blend everything in a high speed blender until smooth.
Garnish with fresh mango and youre set!

Sometimes the best recipes are the simple ones! We love this green juice by Emily from This Rawsome Vegan Life. To make it, you'll need:
 4 stalks celery
2 cups parsley or cilantro
3 cups spinach
1/4 cup pineapple
1 tablespoon chunk ginger
1 lemon

Instructions:
Wash everything, then juice it all and drink. WOO! If it's too tart, add an apple or more pineapple, but eventually I guarantee you're gonna grow to love the flavor without any extra sweetness. ----------------------------------------------

1 tsp raw maracuja powder (optional)
Instructions:
1. Peel the mango and the kiwis. Chop up all the fruit and put it in a blender. Add the spinach, and the rest of the ingredients.

Ingredients:
 1 fresh banana

 1 cup (150g) frozen mango chunks
 1 handful of spinach or kale
 1 teaspoon green powder e.g. wheatgrass (optional)
 3/4 cup water or non-dairy milk

Instructions:
Simply put all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. If it isnt blending properly then you can try adding more liquid. Once its done, pour it into a bowl and top with whatever you like!

This is an easy, green smoothie thats naturally sweetened, with no added sugars. Its super creamy thanks to the frozen banana and luscious mango. If you have an aversion to bananas, try frozen berries instead! A healthy breakfast and snack is just a blender away.
Ingredients:
1 cup unsweetened, plain non-dairy milk (I use soy milk)
1 cup fresh baby kale or spinach, packed
½ large frozen banana, sliced
½ large mango, peeled and chopped
½ tbsp ground flaxseed
Splash of lime juice
Dash of vanilla extract
Sprinkling of shredded coconut, for topping
Instructions:
Place all the ingredients, except for the coconut, in a blender and blend on high for about 1 minute until super smooth and creamy. Serve cold, with a sprinkling of shredded coconut.

1. Measure and blend till smooth, adjust the consistency with more coconut water and/or sweetness by adding pitted dates.

Today's recipe is by the very talented @AbigailGeer. This juice is packed with vitamin C, and other amazing antioxidants. Health in a glass!

Ingredients:
 5 x oranges
 2 x limes
 4 x big handfuls of spinach
 3 x medium cucumbers

Instructions:
1. Peel the oranges and limes but try to keep as much of the white pith as possible since the pith contains nutrients that help your body absorb the vitamin C found in citrus fruits. 
2. Once your oranges and limes are ready run everything through the juicer and enjoy!
