How much does a subscription cost?
The easiest way to find out the latest subscription levels is to click the Join Now button at the top of our website or click the subscription link on the video player page. Dont worry, you wont be charged anything when you click. You will simply be shown information to help you decide if you want to go further toward subscribing. If you are already a subscriber, you can also see the latest subscription levels on your My Account page.
Where do I manage my account?
Log in with your email and password. Go to the "Library of Classes" page. In the black bar above the videos to the left click the "My Account" button. This will take you to your My Account page.
How do I cancel?
Once you have purchased a plan, like a subscription for one month, you will have access to the library for one month. If you don't want the subscription to renew automatically, you can easily go into your My Account page and cancel the subscription at any time. The subscription will not renew at the renewal date, and you will still have access for the whole month that you paid for, even if you cancel right after after sign up.
Can I reactivate a cancelled subscription?
You can reactivate your subscription on your My Account page by purchasing another subscription package. Click on the "Change Subscription" button.
Payment Failures and changing Credit Card
If your credit card fails the renewal charge we will send you a notification email and two reminders over the next two days. The message will ask you to change your payment information. You can do that on the My Account page.
If you miss the third day your subscription plan and your video access will stop. To reactivate, first update your payment information on the My Account page and then click "Change Subscription" and select the plan option you want.
How can I change my renewal subscription period?
If you want to change your renewal subscription period from, say, one month to semi-annual, which is a lower monthly cost, you can do so on your My Account page. The change will occur after your current periods subscription ends. In this example, if you want to change from monthly to semi-annual renewal, and 2/3 of your monthly subscription has passed, then your 6-month subscription will begin after the last third of your monthly subscription passes.
How can I best view PYOL videos on any given computer or device?
Simply login as you normally would at www.poweryoga.com. There is no need for any special app. There are some optimal browsers, and advice changes from time to time. The latest advice on what to use for some sensitive devices: a) on a PC-the latest Mozilla Firefox browser and b) on a Droid phone-NOT Chrome, but another browser like Dolphin.
How do I receive the announcements about new videos when they are added?
Only current subscribers are sent announcements about new videos, and the very best way to ensure that you can receive our announcements is to add orders@poweryoga.com to your trusted/safe sender list or address book. If you do not want to receive our announcements, you can unsubscribe following the link at the bottom of any of these emails.
