Yoga Centre 200hr Teacher Training : Registration now open!
This comprehensive program is run as a series of weekend and one day workshops over the course of 2 years.
During this time students are also required to attend ongoing classes and observe experienced teachers. The 2 year program allows participants the opportunity to integrate the course content, as well as mature and grow as both yoga practitioners and teachers.

Introduction to Meditation : first class September 16th
Join Shauna Ellerby in a four week meditation course. During the four weeks students will be introduced to the basics of meditation.
Each class will include:
instructions for practice
1-2 meditation sessions per class
An opportunity for questions and discussion
Wednesdays 7-8PM ( four classes )
