Yoga Style:	Babaji's Kriya Yoga is a scientific art of perfect God Truth union and Self-Realization. It was revived by a great Master of India, Babaji Nagaraj, as a synthesis of ancient teachings of the 18 Siddha tradition. It includes a series of techniques or "Kriyas" grouped into five phases or branches, taught in a series of classes or initiation seminars: Kriya Hatha Yoga; Kriya Kundalini Pranayama; Kriya Dhyana Yoga; Kriya Mantra Yoga; Kriya Bhakti Yoga.
Description:	Babaji's Kriya Yoga Order of Acharyas Trust is a registered society in Sri Lanka. It maintains on a charitable basis, an ashram and large meeting hall, as well as a shrine to Satguru Babaji Nagaraj at a beachfront site, a few yards south of Colombo, Sri Lanka.
	For the public it offers introductory classes, several weekly Kriya Hatha Yoga classes, a meditation room, a bookstore (Kriya Yoga books in English, Tamil and Sinhala), and initiation seminars in Babaji's Kriya Yoga. For Kriya Yoga initiates it also offers regular satsang meetings. Please note that the ashram does offer accommodation over night.
	Visiting Hours: Monday to Saturday from 8 am to 6 pm. Individual classes can be conducted after consultation. Weekly Public Yoga classes at the ashram are on Sundays at 8 am. Thursdays: Day of yoga practice 6 am to 6 pm.

Description:	We are a Wellness Nature Resort situated in a rural village in Sri Lanka, specialising in Ayurveda and Yoga.
	· We specialise in Ayurveda and Yoga - We use Ayurveda and Yoga to heal and revive the body and mind through nutrition, yoga, relaxation in nature and herbal treatments. Our Ayurvedic doctors, senior therapists and yoga masters have over 15yrs of experience and are all qualified in their respective fields.
	· A small and personalised yoga retreat - our retreat centre has 8 rooms offering a unique opportunity to have a customized retreat. All rooms overlook the lush gardens and are decorated in colonial style in keeping with the house which is 150yrs old. All the water used in the hotel comes from the spring water wells in the garden.
	· A unique Nature Resort - situated in a plantation with rainforest atmosphere, the property itself is a 30 acre plantation of Rubber, Coconut, Cinnamon and Black Pepper. The hotel villa is surrounded by nature and is a habitat for rare local and migrant birds, butterflies and a plethora of tropical flora and fauna. The hotel has an ongoing conservation project where plants deemed 'critically endangered' are being grown here with expert care.
	· A service standard where nothing is too much - a team of staff, from the village are willing to please, having the true Sri Lankan hospitality. The team are all village people who are trained inhouse and employed to help develop the local community.
	· Natural and Organic - We follow a 'farm to plate' policy where majority of the food we serve you come from our own organic gardens. The hotel gardens consist of a paddy field, an organic vegetable / fruit spice and herb garden. Guests have the option to join in the paddy harvesting and fruit / vegetable and spice picking for free. Also free Ayurvedic healthy cookery demonstrations are offered to those guests who are interested.
	· Community Feel - Set in Nehinna, 80km away from the capital city Colombo, the village is rural and has a traditional community feel. It is the home town of the founder owner. The hotel funds many of the community projects and supports the local community. Free tour of the village to interact with local villages who live simpler but happier lives.

Description:	Samyama is ideal for anyone who wants to retreat, rest, recuperate away from the stresses of everyday life. We are on a very quiet beach in a garden setting - no hawkers. We also offer tours of Sri Lanka cultural triangle, and safari to discover Sri Lanka's vast variety of flora and fauna. Samyama is also available to yoga/art groups for rent.
	All rooms are en-suite, some with sea views, all have balconies. The foyer, with curved mahogany staircase under a large glass dome and marble floor, introduces the visitor to the luxury of the rest of the accommodation. We have a 50' no chlorine swimming pool. Samyama is the coolest house with doors and windows over 11 feet high, continually being refreshed by sea breezes. Samyama has 5 twin bedrooms, 3 doubles and 2 singles. If required full board is available. Diet is mostly vegetarian, but if requested sea food can be prepared.
